Gentlemen:
We laavc naeasatred the relative cicvations at the above referenced address. During the investigation.
we measured elevations at the lot sides and corners; top of foundation. lowest opening. and the
drainage swales on the subject lot.
Our representative noted that the swales on the wect and east sides of the subject lot allowed runoff
flow to reach the sidewalk to the north and the Swale along the south draining to the east. 'I h
residence to the Crest of the subject lot (Lot 93) was complete with landscaping, the residence to the
