Gentlemen:
We have measured the relative elevations at the ahove referenced address During the investigation
we measured elevations at the lot sides and corners, top of foundation, lowest opeving, and the
drainage swalcs on the subject lot.
Our representative noted that the swales on the west and cast sides of the subject lot allowed Rot?,7
flow to reach the sidewalk to Qic ttutth dud the Swale slung the south draining to the east. The
r usidence to the west of the subject lot (Lot 92) was complete and guadcd, the residence to the S(a i;
(Lot 86) was complete with landscaping and fencing, and the residence to the cast (Lut 90) was under
k,onstruction at the time of our investigation. Based on our observations. and the inlurutatiu;t
available to this office, the slopes and elevations as measured are in substantial conformance vti itl:

Furthermore, it is our opinion that the subject lot, as graded, should not interfere with offsitc tucw;.
nor cause runoff to flow into another residence unless the grades are changed or barriers are crcauni'
such as fences, garden terracing, sidewalks and/or any landscaping which may change the establish--
flow patterns by diverting or slowing runoff flow. Backlill adjacent to the residence may settle o. ct
time and allow pending to occur around the foundation walls. The backfill adjacent to the residence
must be monitored and maintained by the homeowner to ensure that runoff will flow away from the
foundatiou.
