This is to certify that an "As Built" survey of the detention pond at 1Poudre_P1ains-.was made
under my supervision. The enclosed red lined copy of the survey of the pond shows the existing
elevations. The 10 inch diameter outlet pipe is in place and the concrete pans have been
constructed. The pond has been seeded and the grasses are beginning to grow.
The "As Built" volume of the pond is 28,590 cubic feet. The required volume is 28,458 cubic
feet.
If you have any questions regarding this pond, please call. The other drainage facilities were
certified previously.
