Dear Mr. Micallef:
We have visually inspected the final grades around the home at the
above referenced address. This inspection was performed on April
18, 1995. ,
Drainage is generally to the front. Existing homes to the west
(back) drain onto the site. Specifically, swales were cut around
to each side of the home which intercept both off site and rear yard
runoff. These swales have adequate slope. Drainage away from the
foundation is at least twelve (12) inches to the swales, being
upwards of several feet in the front.
It is our opinion that the home has adequate drainage. if you have
