Dear Mr. Micallef:
We have measured the relative elevations of the top of foundation,
lot corners, and the side swales at the above referenced address.
Based upon our observations, the lot has been graded is substantial
conformance with the grading plan by TSTr Inc., Job No. 10-697-001,
dated May, 1992.
We also inspected the drainage swale north of the above mentioned
address. It is our opinion that the construction of the residence
has not altered the Swale. It is also our opinion that runoff from
this lot will not significantly alter the flow of the swale during
rainfall.
