Dear Basil:
As required by the hold placed on the certification of occupancy, we observed the rear lot
swale on lot 209. The Swale has a depth of at least 1 foot for the entire length of the lot.
The sideslopes of the swale vary slightly from the design, but are adequate for the design
discharge. Enclosed is a picture of the swale.
