I surveyed the floor elevations, lowest opening elevations and the grade of front walks, sidelot
high points and grades of the drain Swale along the rear portion of the lots. These surveyed
elevations are shown in red on the attached copy of the grading plan for this area. The floor
grades and lowest openings on Lots 206 and 210 are well above any potential flooding.
The overflow swale has been constructed across the rear of the lots and appears more than
adequate to carry the flows, but homeowners have constructed side yard fences across the swale
which will block the flow.
Lots 206 and 210 are graded in compliance'with the approved grading plan.
