Terracon Consultants Western, Inc. visited the above -referenced site on October 18,
1996. The purpose of the visit was to observe the general site grading conditions and
the grading of the drainage easement at the north property line. Four elevation
measurements were taken at the north side of the residence. These elevations and the
general direction of drainage for the property are depicted on the enclosed "Existing
Grading Conditions" plan prepared by King Surveyors Inc.
Based on our observations and the elevation measurements taken, it is our opinion the
lot exhibits generally good surface drainage away from the structure and that the
drainage easement exhibits generally good drainage to the east.
