ed Based upon our observations, the lot has been gradin subst
conformance with the grading plan by TST, Inc., Job No. 10-697-001,
dated May, 1992.
we also inspected the drainage *vale on the north side of the obvvc
mentioned address. It is our opinion that the swale was
constructed in substantial conformance with the above referenced
grading plan. It is also our opinion that runoff from this lot
will not significantly alter the flow of the awale during rainfall.
