We have measured the relative elevations of the top of foundation
and the side swales at the above referenced address. Based upon
our observations, the lot has been graded in substantial
conformance with the grading plan by TST, Inc., Job No. 10-697-001,
dated May, 1992.
We have also measured the relative elevations and the slope of the
overflow swale at the above referenced address. Based upon our
observations, the swale is in substantial conformance with the
grading plan by TST, Inc., Job No..10-697-001, dated May, 1992.
