Re: Huntington Hills Filing 2, Lot 199
Dear Basil,
The owner of lot 199 has requested to remove the drainage swale proposed as part of
"Addendum 1, Final Drainage and Erosion Control Report, Huntington Hills PUD, Filing 3,"
(RCE, 1994) and install a stormdrain, which would convey runoff across the lot. To .
contain the 100-year storm runoff of 2.15 cfs, 86 linear feet of 12-inch diameter ADS pipe
at 2.00 percent slope is recommended. The pipe's inverts will match the swale's, both
upstream and downstream, and 2.65 sy of Class 6 riprap will be used for erosion control at
the pipe outlet. Enclosed please find supporting calculations and drawing of the proposed
stormdrain.
