Dear Basil:
We have completed our review of the as -built grading for the above referenced lot.
According to the Development Agreement for Huntington Hills P.U.D. Filing No. 2,
Lot 183 requires certification from a licensed professional engineer that the drainage
system on the lot functions adequately and has been constructed according to the
approved utility plans.
Lot 183 is located on the north side of Saturn Drive as shown on the attached plan.
This certification verifies finished grades at the property corners and overall
compliance with the final approved Drainage and Grading Plan. The Grading Plan
does not specify property corner elevations and does not show grading on the lot in
any great detail. What is confirmed, is that the lots drain out to adjacent streets and
stormwater will be conveyed down the propertylines. Surveyed cross -sections
between adjacent residences have been provided (see survey field notes). The
location of these sections is shown on the enclosed plan. These sections confirm
adequate grade separation between the lotline (flowline) and finished grade at the
foundation of the adjacent homes.
To the best of my knowledge, belief, and opinion, the final grading on Lot 183 is in
substantial compliance with the design intent of the approved construction drawings
and with the development agreement. If you require additional information or
