On November 17, 1995, Ayres Associates surveyed the storm drainage facilities on Lot 178,
Huntington Hills Filing 2, to ensure that they meet design requirements. I have included a
schematic showing the lot and our surveyed elevations.

The grading on this lot nears perfection. Side swales are large between houses, transitioning to .
more gentle topography in the rear yards. They direct flow along the side lot lines to the rear lot
line. Water from the back yard flows north to the rear lot line. A berm along the rear lot line
directs this drainage to the rear lot corners. At the lot corners, gaps in the rear -line berm allow
discharge to flow north along the side lot lines of Lot 195 to Dunne Drive as per design. The
front half of the lot drains to Saturn Drive in accordance to design. The first floor elevation is
well above surrounding grade, as shown on the accompanying schematic.
It is our recommendation that any holds on the certificate of occupancy be released.
