Dear Mr. Hamdan: fR Engineering, Ltd. surveyed the exiting storm sewer utilities on 5-3-96 and found the following: The storm sewer system at the intersection of Skyway Dr. and Auburn Dr. was constructed in general conformance to the plans. See the attached sheet 26 of 40 for as -built information. 2) The cross pan at the intersection of Auburn Dr. and Saturn Dr. was constructed in general conformance with the plans. 3) The cross pan at the intersection of Skyway Dr. and Auburn Dr. has a low point on the easterly end. 4) The southeast curb return at the intersection of Auburn Dr. and Charrington Ct. has a low point. 5) The north curb return and cross pan at the intersection of Auburn Dr. and St. Michaels Dr. do not have a flowline. The nuisance flows will sheet flow onto the asphalt. 6) The north curb return and cross pan at the intersection of Auburn Dr.;and Dunraven r1r. do not have a flowline. The nuisance flows will sheet flow onto the asphalt. /This letter certifies that items 1-2 are in general conformance to the plans. Items 3-6 will involve removal and replacement of concrete to correct the problems stated above and thus will need to be certified upon completion of work. The removal and replacement work is scheduled to begin on 5-16-96.
