Hills, Fourth Filing, Fort Collins, Colorado, which is 6107 Ashton Court.
The grading was done in substantial compliance with the Drainage, Overlot Grading, and
Erosion Control Plan prepared by Resource Consultants & Engineers, Inc. and approved
December 1994.
