we have measured the zelative elevations at the above referenced
address. .During the investigation, we measured elevations at the
lot sides and corners, top of finished floor, and the $wale on the
south side of the lot. The slopes and elevations as measured are
in substantial conformance with the PHA grading plan completed by
RCE, Inc., dated February 7, 1994.
