Gentlemen:
We have measured the relative elevations at the above referenced
address. During the investigation, we measured elevation at the
lot sides and corners, top of finished floor, lowest opening, and
the drainage swales on the north property line and at the west side
of the residence. The slopes and elevations as measured are in
substantial conformance with the FHA grading plan completed by RCE,
Inc. Job No. C3-1426, dated February 7, 1994. However, due to the
height of the finished floor, the swale on the north property line
has a grade break at the garage. We anticipate this discrepancy
will not significantly affect drainage on adjacent lots.
