Thanks for getting this plan over to me.
The site inspection has been completed, and the SW Eng Final hold has now been released. We are accepting the
engineer stamp as evidence that the lot is in conformance with the approved plan; however, in the inspection, I did have
some concerns that are documented in the attached photos.
- There is a small area at the rear of the house near the downspouts that catches water.
There is a_large pile of soil in the northwest of the lot toward the rear lot line.
These concerns/photos are documented with the grading certification, which is public record. A remedy to these
concerns is not required to release the hold at this time; however, if you would like to provide documentation showing
any changes, I will add that to the certification.

Attached is the grade cert for 6007 Huntington Hills Court. Hopefully you can look at this one as quick as the last couple.
They are closing this week and would like to get this checked off.
I shot this last Tuesday before I left town. The back patio had not been poured as the ground is still frozen. Also the
landscapers were moving in when I left. The grading looked pretty good so let me know if they have changed anything.
