It is hereby noted elevations at the rear property comers are lower than those shown on the approved plans. However, as a result of the review of this information by City Stormwater Staff, it was determined that this condition was not significant enough to warrant additional work. The overall drainage patterns are in general conformance to the approved drainage and grading plan. The elevations as depicted hereon may change subsequent to the date of the survey due to natural and/or artificial actions.
