we havu utirisuraf the relative elevations at the abovo referenced address. During the investigation, we
rnwsurcd elevations at the lot sides and corners, top of thundatinn, lowest opening, and the drainage swaies
on the cast and wcat sides of the subject lot,
Our rettiresentativo noted that the &wales on the cast and west sides of the snhjwt lot allowed runoff flow ts;
reach the opan space wetlands tot he south of the subject lot. The lot to the cast of tlru subject lut (Lut 9)
was unoccupied, and the lot to the west of the subject lot (Lot l 1) was also unoccupied of the time of our
investigation. Based on our observations, and the information available to this office, the slopes rind
elevations as weasured are insubstantial conformance with the Grading. Drainage and Erosiun Control Peas:
completed by RCE, dated February 7, 1994 and revised June 20, 1994. Due to time constraints, a copy of
the As -Built Grading Elevations and lho Grading, Drainage and Erosion Control Plan will follow this lote+r
liurthcnnore, it is our opdnlon that the subject lot, Ks grarkd, should not interfere with offsite flotivs unlcs:
the grades are changed or barriers are crcatod such as fences, garden terracing, sidewalks and/or any
landscaping which may change the esta'olishod flow patlems by diverting or slowing runoff flow. 13ackfill .
adjacent to the residence may settle over time and allow punding to occur around the foundation walls. The
backfill adjacent to the residence must be monitored and maintained by the homeowner to ensure that ninall'
will flow away from the foundation.
