This is to advise that the grading and drainage improvements at the subject site have
been completed. This office has observed the completed site improvements and has
been found them to be in substantial compliance with the Drainage Investigation
report prepared by this office.
("Final Approved Report" -dated: 8121192 and initialed by: Glen Schlueter)
A blueline print of the "Grading & Drainage. Plan" for the subject project is enclosed
for your information. Spot elevations and other items that have been field checked by
this office are "redlined" on the print.
Please note that landscape grading, landscape irrigation system installation and plant
materials installation were being performed at the time the field check was made.
If you should have any questions or desire additional information, please feel free to
contact this office.
