Dear Basil,
Per our discussion yesterday,..you know the history and
status the Filing 4, Huntington Hills PUD Drainage
Certification. I do not see any reason to restate it here.
I do know of one permit app ication pending o��o8, Filing
4(919 Fossil Creek Parkway I am requesting e Tin
removing the holds an issuing that permit. I know of two
other permit applications that will be made in the near
„2 future - Lot 44 (6106 Melrose Court) for sure and then
either Lot 32 or Lot 39. However,. I hope we can work on a
case by case exception. I prefer not to ask for a blanket
additional number of permits.
Ayers Associates is very near completing the work we
requested. I will continue to work with Dave Frick to bring
our remaining items to closure.
