Please find enclosed the redlined "AS BUILT" survey of the grading on -Lot 1; Poudre River
Business Park 3rd Filing, which is 620 South Lemay Avenue,Fort Collins, Colorado.
The finish floor elevation is 56.64 and the minimum required elevation is 56.62. The grading
is in substantial compliance with the approved grading plan dated March 2, 2001. There was riprap
placed in the lowest portion of the water quality extended detention pond to protect the slopes of the
pond and river rock was placed in the bottom of the pond between the head wall and the overflow
area inlet to not have to have sod that may not survive in the wet condition.
