Re: LH.untington_Hills_PUD—Fourth Filing As -Built Grading Plan
Dear Basil,
Enclosed with this letter are cross-section plots and a map showing as -built contours and
significant spot elevations on the above -referenced development. Following are a few items of
specific importance with respect to the site drainage:
The elevations and grades of the storm drainage facilities are close to those specified in our
design (both storm drain pipes are very slightly steeper than design).
• Riprap has been installed at the terminus of the storm drain pipe located between lots 25
and 26; a concrete pan extends from the end of the storm drain pipe along Lemay Avenue
to the north property line (a swale has been constructed from the property line north to
Portner Reservoir as part of the construction on that lake).
• Straw bale dikes are located in the swale at the northwest corner of the project.
• A 15-inch PVC pipe provides stormwater conveyance under the.gravel extension of
Huntington Hills Drive at the west edge of the site.
• The overlot grading on the south side of lots 10 through 14 has been completed in
accordance with the cross sections presented in the report entitled, "Hydrologic and
Hydraulic Analysis of Stone Creek' (Ayres 1996).
• All lot -line swales shown on the design grading plan have been constructed.
The storm drain facilities and site grading for Huntington Hills PUD, Fourth Filing conform to our
design. We are satisfied that the intended drainage patterns are met. If you need additional
