This letter is to inform you that Moth Scott Queen and Dave Frick at Ayers Associates
have informed me that drainage certification of Filing 4 is complete and ready for
submission to you. However, Ayers Associates and Huntington hills have several
outstanding issues that must be resolved before Ayers associates will submit the
certification. I will do everything I can to quickly resolve these issues.
As you requested in our telephone conversation on Friday, I am submitting this letter to
request that the Stormwater hold on Lot 46, 6101 Ashton Court be removed and a
building permit be issued to Rossi Homes Inc.
I must also inform you that Lot 44, 6106 Melrose Court is under contract and scheduled
to close on October I I, 1996. Plans are being finalized and I am told that they will be
submitted for architectural review by September 18, 1996. I expect a permit application
prior to closing and construction to start immediately after closing. I expect to have the
drainage certification to you in sufficient time to avoid any problems on this permit
application.
