Dear Basil:
This letter is to confirm that the storm drainage utilities for Huntington Hills Filing 3 are complete in
accordance with the approved drawings with the following comments:
1. The Swale along the back of lots 199 to 201, Huntington Hills, Filing 2 was constructed as
planned, but currently home construction has filled in portions of the Swale. We
recommend that holds be placed on the certification of occupancy on the lots as you have
done in the past to ensure the swales is reconstructed.
2. The grouted riprap overflow Swale at lots 201/202 is complete and functional, but it is not
very aesthetically pleasing.
3. The overflow Swale between lots 201/202 was constructed according to plan; however,
home construction has filled in a portion of the Swale. We recommend placing a hold on
certification of occupancy until the Swale is reconstructed.
Enclosed please find red -line drawings of as -constructed condition of the north side storm
drainage utilities. �—
