The "As Built" elevation at the Southeast comer of the addition was transposed. It was shown as 58.10 but the correct elevation is 59.18. The elevation shot was at the overhead door and the finish floor is 59.20. The plan shows that there are two phases to the project. The Houska Garage addition was built and the driveway and parking area for it was paved. The future building was not constructed and its parking area and driveway were not paved. The existing house just East of the area inlet has not been removed. The runoff from the asphalt and from the addition drain to the area inlet. Since the new impervious surfacing all slopes to the inlet, no runoff leaves the site other than through the area inlet. The driveway from Riverside Drive is humped up to prohibit water flowing out into Riverside Drive. The storm drain and the restriction plat are existing. The required detention volume for the entire Sub -basin 2 was 7,518 cubic feet. The impervious area constructed in Phase I of Sub -basin 2 was 0.34 acres or 52% of the proposed impervious area. The "As Built" detention volume in the area that was constructed is 5,705 cubic feet which is 75.9% of the required volume or 57% of the volume that is planned for the entire Sub -basin 2.
