This completes all of the drainage facilities required for Lot I. I have attached a copy of my previous letter regarding this project. Please call if you have any questions. Sincerely, Phillip I. Box 580 Fort Collins, CO 80522 Dear Basil: Re: Lot 1 Horsetooth East Business Park I have inspected the site and surveyed the as constructed elevations of the floor, curbs and drainage pans. All of the curbs, pavement and drainage facilities have been constructed. The elevations, all of which are in substantial compliance with the approved plan, are shown in red on the attached print. The construction on Lot 1 was done by Drahota Construction for the Associates in Family Medicine, and all site construction is complete except for the sodding and landscaping. The W.W. Reynolds Company, developer of the Horsetooth East Business Park, has constructed the curb and pavement on Timberline, installed the 18 inch irrigation pipeline and developed the wetland detention pond on Tract A. The 4 foot catch basin with outlet pipe into the Tract A pond is installed. The pond outlet into a new manhole on the existing 15 inch pipe is also installed, and rip rap has been placed all around the pipe openings. I have been assured that the restriction plate will be installed over the pond outlet pipe by the end of this week. The lack of a restriction plate will not cause a problem since rainfall at this time of year is not heavy and also Lot 2 which will contribute most of the runoff into the pond is not developed. I believe the drainage facilities are adequately constructed to allow release of the C.O. for Lot 1. Sincerely, Phillip I. Robinson, P.E. & L.S.
