Dear Jay,
This letter serves as final certification for the above referenced address according to the
requirements of the Stormwater Utility in the Stormwater Building Permit Notice for this address
and dated 12/20/2000. Certifications include the items noted on the Stormwater Building Permit
Notice and are as follows:
• Grading certification /
• Swale certification
• Finished floor elevation certification
• Property lot corner elevation certification
• Lowest building opening elevation certification
We have visited the site and find that all final grading is complete, functions properly and meets
the intent of the original subdivision grading and drainage design according to the Final Utility
Plans for Huntington Hills P.U.D. Filing No. 6 by JR Engineering, Ltd.; JR Project No: 9018.13;
City of Ft. Collins approval date August 8, 1997. A formal, lot specific grading plan was not
prepared by this office.
Attached is a copy of that portion of the Grading, Drainage and Erosion Control Plan from the
subdivision utility plans, of which this site is a part. This is for reference only. Also attached is a
copy of the site plan for this address. Field shots, which were obtained by Shear Engineering
Corporation, are noted on the site plan.
