Spot elevations were checked and verified against the approved design and found to be in conformance. The enclosed 8 1/2" x 11" drawing shows as -built spot elevations. Observations taken during the site visit in combination with the attached as -built elevations verify the flow directions shown in the approved design. Visually the site appears to be graded appropriately to ensure positive drainage, or surface water drainage away from the building, and towards the designated outfall. The design finished floor elevation for all units in Building C is 66.38ft and the as -built survey indicates a constructed finished floor elevation of 66.38ft. A positive slope is maintained at all locations around the building protecting it from surface drainage. It is my recommendation that the Certificate of Occupancy for this property be released.
