The relative elevations as depicted may change subsequent to the date of the survey, due to the subsidence or upheaval of soil, addition or removal of soils by acts of man, erosion /by wind .or water or other factors. In addition, it is our understanding that any residential warranty agency providing limited warranty protection on your residence on behalf of the Builder will not cover structural damage caused as a result of changes made In the finished drainage grades.
