The site inspection has been completed, and the SW Eng Final hold has now been released. We are accepting the
engineer stamp as evidence that the lot is in conformance with the approved plan; however, in the inspection, I did have
some concerns that are documented in the attached photos.
- As you mentioned in the cert, grading on the east side of the home needs to be completed with the home next
door to add a Swale.
On the west side, grading should allow for adequate drainage; however, a more defined swale would be
desirable to help pull water away from the homes.
These concerns/photos are documented with the grading certification, which is public record. A remedy to these
concerns is not required to release the hold at this time; however, if you would like to provide documentation showing
any changes, I will add that to the certification.
