Re: Drainage Certification -Lot 103 Huntington Hills P.U.D.
Dear Mr. Lewis:
Upon review of the drainage certification for lot 103 of Huntington Hills P.U.D., the
following items have been found to be in need of attention. These items must be
addressed before approval of the as -built plans can be given.
1. Upon inspection, it appears that drainage will be directed to neighboring property.
Grading revisions are needed.
2. Please show the approved proposed grading plan in addition to the as -built grading for
comparison purposes.
3. The stamp and signature of a licensed Professional Engineer is needed.
