RE: Horsetooth East Business Park
Drainage Certification
Basil:
On behalf of our client, Rincon Development, this letter is to certify the drainage
concepts for the commercial building at Pad G at Horsetooth East Business Park.
All of the improvements, and concepts, as presented in the approved drainage and erosion
control plans for the site have been completed. These items include:
There is positive drainage away from the building in all directions. Finished floor
for the building is at an elevation of 4954.43
The storm sewers as shown have been installed per the plan
Runoff from the site is conveyed by the asphalt parking and curb and gutter to the
southwesterly comer of the property.
The detention pond has been installed as shown, to include the release structures.
The invert out of the pond is at an approximate elevation of 4946.40. The pond would
overtop in an emergency at elevation 50.86, well below the finished floor elevation.
