(8-plex) for your review and records. We expect to be providing grading certifications for these lots. Please note that the grading for Lots 9-16 (8-plex) is provided on the same plan. This same plan will be provided to you under separate cover for Lots 9-16. Lots 9-1 will be built by John Walz Enterprises. All grading for these lots have been modified from the orig' proved subdivision grading design due to ADA access requirements dictated by the Building Depa e .
