Collins; Colorado 80522 Re: Pinnacle .Townhomes P.D.P.; Fort Collins, Colorado Drainage Certification #1 (water quality pond interim certification) Dear Jay, This letter serves as an interim drainage certification for the water quality pond at the above referenced site, supplementing the Drainage Certification #1 (interim certification) letter prepared by Shear Engineering Corporation, dated June 13, 2003. Water quality pond as -built elevations were provided by Northern Engineering Services on Wednesday, June 25, 2003 and by Shear Engineering Corporation on Thursday, June 26, 2003 and Tuesday, July 1, 2003. All interim drainage improvements:field shots were made to confirm that the water quality pond and related drainage. improvements. constructed in the southern portion of this site function properly and are completed in substantial .compliance with the direction, details and specifications according to the Final Utility Plans for Pinnacle Townhomes P.D.P. by Shear Engineering Corporation; Project No: 1555-02=00; City of Fort Collins Director of Engineering approval date 09/04/02. Shear Engineering Corporation has reviewed the record field shots of the water quality pond at the Pinnacle Townhomes P.D.P. project site provided by Northern Engineering Services and Shear Engineering Corporation. All field shots are record of the interim drainage improvement conditions for the water quality pond as of the date of this letter. The water quality pond and all related drainage improvements constructed in the southern portion of the Pinnacle Townhomes P.D.P. project site function properly and have been completed in substantial compliance with the direction, details and specifications according to the Final Utility Plans for Pinnacle Townhomes P.D.P. Northern Engineering's record field shots are indicated on the attached sheet 20 (Water Quality Pond Detail). A final drainage certification will be required.
