On March 5, 2001, Hearne Construction Inc. shot property pins (Lot Comers), Lowest opening elevation
(Basement windows), Finished Floor elevation (Main Floor) and Swales / Grading around the subject
property.
Readings obtained indicated the Swales and Grading are in substantial conformance with the submitted and
approved plans. Readings taken for the other items show that they are also in substantial conformance with
the approved plans and are as follows:
Finished floor elevation 5041.0'
Property Corners SW 5038.3'
NE 5037.8'
Lowest opening elevation 5034.7'
SE 5038.2'
NW 5037.0'
Note: As can be seen by the readings on the attached Drainage plan D1, the required slope from the
building is greater than 5% to the building envelope on all four sides (Builders responsibility), good
drainage occurs on the North, East and South sides with the west side swale breaking at the second unit
flowing North and South. The grade on the North swale falls at approx. 1.6% to the existing landscape
elevation on the North side of the building.
