We are accepting the engineer stamp as evidence that the lots are in conformance with the approved plan; however, in the inspections, I did have some concerns that are documented in the attached photos. At 220, the drainage is not able to make it over the retaining wall and is finding its way through the wall, which is causing erosion behind the wall. It is recommended to grade to allow flow over the top of the wall (this may be accomplished with the landscaping and addition of sod, etc.). Grading -is -done similarly at 380; however, no erosion issues are apparent at this time. These concerns/photos are documented with the grading certification, which is public record. A remedy to these concerns is not required to release the hold at this time; however, if you would like to provide documentation showing any changes, I will add that to the certification. Also, please show retaining walls on all certifications going forward. Please let me know if there are any questions.
