We are accepting the engineer stamp as evidence that the lot is in conformance with the approved plan; however, in the inspection, I did have some concerns that are documented in the attached photos. - There is a low spot that can hold water on the east side of the driveway. - Grading should be brought up to above the bottom of the stairs to the west side door to help prevent any undercutting that may occur. - There is low spot beneath the water spigot on the west side. - Grading along the east side seemed rough and that it could use smoothing toward the swale that will be between the homes. There is currently construction on the home next door taking place in this area. I understand that these issues may be addressed as grading is completed for the adjacent houses, but as it stands, these concerns/photos are documented with the grading certification, which is public record. A remedy to these concerns is not required to release the hold at this time; however, if you would like to provide documentation showing any changes, I will add that to the certification.
