The pond for Lot 2 was previously certified by North Star Design, Inc. in April, 2008. The drainage swale on the west- and south sides of Lot 2 was adjusted from the original design to avoid relocation of the existing utilities along Timberline Road. The asbuilt conditions on the swale are represented in the attached record drawing of the grading for the site. The information presented is based on topographic survey of the site provided by King Surveying.
