Dear Jay,
This letter is to certify the detention and water quality pond at Timberline Plaza. The
approved stage -storage for the pond is attached. The water quality volume in the pond is
achieved at 4938.63 which is 0.07' below the design elevation and the detention volume
is achieved at 4941.44 which is 0.04' above,the design elevation. The volumes achieved
in these ponds appear to meet the requirements set forth in the approved drainage report
and plans within acceptable construction tolerances.
A record drawing of the grading on site is also attached. The information presented is
based on topographic survey of the detention pond and site provided by King Surveying.
