RE: Park South P.U.D. Third Replat
I have inspected the drainage facilities which have been constructed and we have surveyed
the "As Built" elevations. These elevations are shown in red on the attached print of the approved
grading, drainage and erosion control plan.
All of the drainage facilities which are shown on the approved plans have been constructed
at the correct locations and elevations. Also, all of the street curbs and gutters are correctly
installed. The detention pond is graded properly and the sidewalk spillway along Manhattan .
Avenue is constructed at the specified grade.
