Dear Basil:
This is to certify to you that the required retention volume for the Carmike Theatre on Lot
1, Park South Commercial Plaza Minor Subdivision, was 148,800 cubic feet. That is two times
the detention volume of 74,400 cubic feet. The volume of the "As Built" pond to elevation 40.19
is 148,800 cubic feet.
I informed the architect for the theatre that you would not release the erosion control
escrow at this time and would use it for the vegetation of the retention pond which will be done in
the Spring of 1996.
