Dear Basil:
Please find enclosed a red lined copy of the AS BUILT SURVEY of the drainage facilities
at the Carmike Theatre located on Lot-l-Park-South-COmmercialPlaZa Miiuor_Siibdivision, Fort
Collins, Colorado.
All of the drainage facilities have been completed in substantial compliance with the
approved plans. The completed facilities include the retention pond, the lift station, the force
main outlet pipe, the subdrain pipe in a rock filled trench in the retention pond, the concrete
channel along the East side of the project and the area inlets, curb inlets and storm drain pipes for
the roof runoff.
The volume of the retention pond is twice the volume of the difference between the 100
year developed runoff and the two year historic runoff
The contractor would like the certificate of occupancy by Friday, December 22nd. Thank
you for your assistance in this project. If you have any questions regarding this "As Built" plan,
please call.
