Upon review of the attached as -built plans for the grading and drainage design of the
Kindercare facility at 4703 McMurry Avenue, the as -built conditions appear to be in
compliance with the approved drainage plans and report. The attached plans show the
proposed spot grades and where any spot grades differed more than 0.05 feet, I reflected the
as -built grade. Using the as -built data, I revised the detention calculations to reflect the field
conditions. Consequently, the provided detention was adequate and actually surpassed the
original design volumes, and these revised volumes are shown on the attached calculations
and the as -built sheets.
