This letter and attached ' information is provided to certify that the Phase 3 drainage
improvements at Oakridge Business Park, Thirty -Second Filing will provide adequate
drainage conveyance for the runoff from the site as presented with the approved plans
dated August 24, 2000. All elevation information is based on a survey completed by
Centerline Construction Services (6/27/05). Site visits were also completed on 7/8/05 and
10/19/05. This certification includes the following improvements:
• On 10/19/05 (the second site visit) a rainstorm was in progress which allowed for
an excellent check of the runoff capability of the parking lot.
• Water was ponding approximately 3"-4" deep in the southwest corner of the
parking lot due to landscaping impeding the runoff entering the detention area.
• The pond volume was previously certified and is not a part of this certification
• A majority of the parking lot curbs have been constructed 0.2' to 0.3' above the
design grades. This does not appear to cause ponding in the parking lot except as
noted above. Record drawing elevations are shown on the attached plan.
• The building finished floor is 0.02' above the design elevation
• Two concrete pans were added on the north side of the building to help convey
runoff from the sidewalk to the parking lot. The pans are shown on the attached
plan.
• A loading dock was added to the south side of the building in the service area.
Water from the dock area is collected and discharged to the pond. The dock area is
shown on the attached plan.
• The landscape areas have been completed and all vegetation appears to be well
established.
In general, based on the site visit and the information provided by Centerline, the site will
provide adequate conveyance of the parking lot runoff to the detention pond. Please call
