Re: Storm Drainage Certification for Preston Center Third Filing, Lot 7 (Preston 7)
Dear Glen:
This letter is to certify the site improvements constructed with the Preston 7 Development
have been constructed in substantial conformance with the approved construction plans.
This certification letter is based primarily on survey provided to North Star Design, Inc.
by Intermill Land Surveying. I also conducted one site visit during construction and one
site visit after the completion of the construction in order to visually. observe construction
and visually confirm general conformance to the approved plans.
The record grading drawing is attached which indicates the design elevations and the as -
constructed elevations.
