This letter is being provided to support the Drainage and Lot Certifications submitted for this project
by Northern Engineering on April 14, 2011. At the time the aforementioned certifications were
submitted to the City of Fort Collins, two punchlist items were open for the project. These included:
1. The water quality plate for the west water quality pond required modification to decrease the
number of water quality holes within the plate.
2. The cleanout risers on the south water quality pond required modification to provide water
quality holes on one (1) of the risers. At the time all the cleanout risers had water quality holes
provided.
A final site visit was performed by Northern Engineering on April 29, 2011. At that time, both of the
said punchlist items were completed satisfactorily.
