Good morning Dan,
Thanks for your call yesterday regarding the grading plan for the permit for my personal home at 1708 Remington
Street.
I have attached a picture of the current concrete patio that will be removed for the current addition.
The size of the current patio is 30'x20' = 600sf
The new addition will be 850sf of which 600sf will be constructed in the current location on the concrete patio.
It is my understanding that a grading plan is only required if more the 300sf of impervious area is disturbed.
