Rob Deavy of R.C. Heath Construction asked me to make a final survey of the site and
provide you with the results of the survey.
The Odell Brewing Company detention pond and site work at 820 E. Lincoln is now
completed, and the new construction portion of the 824 E. Lincoln is also completed and graded
so that the storm runoff goes into the Odell detention pond.
The site grades are all in substantial compliance with those shown on the approved plan, and a
slight swale has been constructed across the driveway to provide positive runoff flow into the
Odell detention pond. The grades of this swale are shown in red on the attached print.
Vegetation is established in the disturbed areas and it appears this project is completed.
